Grant research and writing

Find relevant funding opportunities and prepare a clear proposal that addresses the funder’s requirements.

Find funding that fits your project

Oxalis checks whether a funding opportunity fits your organization, project, location, and schedule before the writing begins. We then help organize the supporting documents and proposal around the funder's requirements.

Prepare the application one step at a time

  1. Define the project, applicant, location, budget, and timeline.
  2. Check which opportunities match the eligibility rules and project goals.
  3. List the requirements, assign responsibilities, and gather supporting evidence.
  4. Draft the proposal and review it with the project team.
  5. Check the application before the authorized applicant submits it.

Common questions

Does Oxalis guarantee grant funding?

No. The awarding organization makes the funding decision. Oxalis helps you explain the project clearly, supply supporting evidence, and address the application requirements. An award is not guaranteed.

Can Oxalis submit the application?

Oxalis can prepare the application materials. Unless we agree on a separate scope, the authorized applicant handles final attestations and submission.

What should we have ready for a grant review?

Start with a defined need, an eligible applicant, a realistic scope and budget, and outcomes you can measure. Supporting evidence and enough time for partner input will help the team assess the opportunity.
