Project overview

The Home Recovery Alabama Program rebuilt homes damaged by Hurricanes Sally and Zeta in 2020, helping homeowners return home. From January 2024 to August 2025, Oxalis Advisors provided certification support for approximately 150 single-family homes.

Oxalis certification work

Oxalis certified the homes to ENERGY STAR and NGBS Bronze standards. The work included field verification and the records needed to demonstrate that each home met its certification requirements.
